UK 2007

I’m an Anglophile so I go to the U.K. a lot. In 2007, I went to England to meet up with some friends I met through my New Zealand 2006 Lord of the Rings tour to see the Lord of the Rings musical at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. I also went to see Othello at the Shakespeare’s Globe. Other highlights were the Charles Dickens Museum, the British Museum, the Tower of London and Westminster Abbey.

I also went to Wales to see the Doctor Who Museum in Cardiff, Cardiff Castle, Roald Dahl Plas were Torchwood is supposedly located, St. David’s Cathedral, and Portmeirion, where the TV show the Prisoner was filmed.
